The  Journal of ASIAN Behavioural Studies (jABs), a reputable international journal with a growing audience, is a multidisciplinary Open Access Journal which adheres to the BOAI definition of open access: that users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles.

Published in 2016, the jABs is one of the peer-reviewed open-access journals of the Association of Malaysian Environment-Behaviour Researchers (AMER), in collaboration with the Association of Behavioural Researchers on Asians (ABRA), and the Centre for Environment-Behaviour Studies (cE-Bs), Faculty of Architecture, Planning & Surveying, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.

The jABs publishes double-blind peer-review, original multi-disciplinary social science research articles on the physiology and psychology aspects in relation to human behaviour affecting the Asian communities living in both Asian and non-Asian countries.

Areas of focus include but are not limited to matters affecting Communications and Social media; Gadget usage; Health and well-being; Human mind; Leisure, Recreation, Sports, Travelling and Walking; Race; Recycling and Waste management.

Beginning 2019 the Journal is published THREE times a year (Jan/Apr, May/Aug, Sep/Dec).  jABs is currently indexed in ScienceOpen.
